Kimberly Wichalonis: Personal Injury Attorney

Kim is a native of Norris, TN, a small town just outside of Knoxville. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1990 and John Marshall Law School in 1995, earning a Juris Doctor degree. During law school she interned at one of Atlanta’s largest personal injury law firms and was hired upon graduation from law school. She has represented injured clients since that time….over 20 years! In addition to practicing law, she has been very involved with her community over the years including being a Board Member and Chair of her children’s Local School Councils, Legislative Representative for the PTA, and founding the Chattahoochee River Club Swim Team where a scholarship was named in her honor.

Kim Wichalonis is a passionate and results-driven lawyer who is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenging legal situations with confidence and clarity. She is married to Gerard Wichalonis, owner and CEO of the Wichalonis Insurance Agency in Cumming, Georgia. She and her husband have three children, Karoline, Mary-Kate and Nicholas. In her free time she enjoys running and boating on Lake Lanier.
